Fargo the Homeless is a homeless persona used by more than one person, but first by Michael Arthur Quinn. He is known for his music and/or dancing, and for his wise sayings. He has been seen at various places including Venice Beach, California; Waco, Texas; St. Louis, Missouri; the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia; and New York City, New York. He was a model of the character of Wandering John in Same River Twice, was a major influence on West End Trash, and was interviewed the day after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack.
